Meet Your Trainer: Julia Borges

Julia Borges is a professional volleyball player from  Brazil. As an right hitter, she starred at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Off the court, Julia has worked with numerous athletes including D1, D2 and NAIA. Julia is dedicated to mentoring young athletes, participating in clinics, and inspiring the next generation of volleyball players.

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Dates: Kicking off May 27th, through August 31st.
  • Location: The OT Gym 
  • Programs Offered:
    • Foundation & Advanced: 2x a week at the OT gym + additional pop up clinics.
    • Small Group Sessions: Build teamwork and competitive edge in a supportive group environment.
    • Private Sessions: Receive individual training plans that focus on amplifying your unique strengths and shoring up weaknesses.
