TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Dates: June 4th – August 1st – Afternoon practices on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-5:30pm
  • Locations: Ardie's Flipside Pub and Grill (La Crosse)
  • Programs Offered:
    • Group Sessions: Build teamwork and competitive edge in a supportive group environment.
    • Private Sessions: Receive individual training plans that focus on amplifying your unique strengths and shoring up weaknesses.

Limited Spots: We are only taking up to 16 athletes.
